A few useful answers.
Which forms can be tested?
The pilot focuses on public HTTPS, single-page contact forms that show a readable confirmation message. WordPress is the initial target. Login flows, payments, uploads, multi-step forms and anti-bot challenges are outside this version’s supported scope. Your first check confirms compatibility.
Does a passed check mean the email arrived?
No. A passed check means the browser found your configured success message after submitting the form. It does not prove inbox or CRM delivery.
Will the checks create test enquiries?
Yes. The check submits synthetic information clearly marked as a SubmitWatch test. You must own or manage the site and authorize those tests. You can pause a monitor at any time.
What happens when a check cannot run?
Unsupported or inconclusive results are shown separately from a confirmed pass. CAPTCHA, changed form structure or a blocked browser can require a configuration change.
Can I manage several clients?
Yes. Add the sites you manage to one agency account, then configure their forms. Reports use the agency name you provide.
