SubmitWatch

Help with your form checks.

Start with the guidance below. For an account or form question, sign in and send a support request. Your workspace keeps the conversation and clearly labels automatic guidance.

Verify your site

Add the exact hostname under Your sites. Publish the supplied token at /.well-known/submitwatch-verification.txt on that hostname, then choose Verify ownership. Keep the file available while monitoring is active.

Understand a form result

Passed means your configured confirmation appeared after an authorized synthetic submission. It does not verify email or CRM delivery. Review the screenshot and your success text before treating a changed page as a broken form.

Check form compatibility

The pilot supports public HTTPS, single-page forms. CAPTCHA, login, file uploads, payments and multi-step forms are unsupported. Required options or more than one form may need the advanced selector and field overrides.

Checks and alerts

Each enabled form is checked daily. A first failed check is retried after five minutes. Two consecutive failures trigger an alert; a later pass sends a recovery message. Times in your workspace are UTC.

Manage your subscription

Open Plans & billing to manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe. The card-free trial lasts 14 days and includes five forms. Paid plans cover 5, 25 or 75 forms. Payments are available only when billing is open.

Support is best effort. Automatic guidance covers common product questions; refunds, security issues and unresolved questions need individual review. Do not send passwords, card details or confidential form data.
