Information used to run the service

SubmitWatch stores your email address, agency name, monitored URLs, ownership verification details, form configuration, check results, screenshots and support messages. Sign-in links are time-limited and single-use. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in.

Checks and screenshots

Checks visit public pages and submit synthetic data to forms you have authorized. Screenshots can contain information visible on those pages. Avoid monitoring pages that expose personal, medical or confidential information.

Email and payments

Service messages use our configured SMTP provider. Stripe processes subscription payments when payments are enabled. SubmitWatch does not receive or store full card details.

Optional analytics

If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you accept analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Sign-in verification links are excluded from analytics loading.

Retention and requests

Check history is retained for 90 days and screenshots for 7 days. Expired sign-in links and old rate-limit records are removed automatically. Contact info@submit-watch.com to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Payment records retained by Stripe are subject to its own processing and applicable retention requirements.
