SubmitWatch

Pilot terms

Last updated: 20 October 2026.

The service is being prepared. Operator details and payment setup must be completed before paid subscriptions open.

Service and authorization

SubmitWatch provides scheduled browser checks for compatible forms. You must control or have permission to manage each monitored site and authorize synthetic submissions. Do not use the service to submit forms belonging to others, send spam, place orders or interact with payments.

What the result means

A passed check confirms that a configured success message appeared after a synthetic submission. It does not establish that an email or CRM record was delivered. The service does not guarantee continuous availability or the detection of every failure. Review initial results and maintain your own operational checks.

Trial and subscriptions

The trial lasts 14 days from your first verified sign-in and includes up to 5 monitored forms. No card is required for the trial. If you subscribe, the selected plan is billed monthly in USD. The checkout displays the total amount before you confirm. You can manage and cancel the subscription through Stripe’s billing portal. The checkout and portal display the applicable billing dates.

Compatibility and support

Supported checks concern public HTTPS, single-page forms with a readable confirmation. Anti-bot challenges, payments, uploads and authenticated or multi-step flows are outside the pilot’s supported scope. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the application or info@submit-watch.com.

Acceptable use and account

Keep access to your sign-in mailbox secure. Do not include third-party credentials or sensitive information in a monitor. Monitoring can be suspended for abuse, lack of site authorization or an expired trial or subscription.
